Lead residential electrical installs — service upgrades, panel changes, whole-home rewires, EV chargers, and generators
Pull permits, pass inspections, and document the work properly
Train and mentor apprentices and helpers in best practices, safety, and Wisconsin code
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex install issues in real time
Ensure every job complies with NEC 2023 and local Wisconsin code
Provide a white-glove customer experience and represent Over The Moon with professionalism

Requirements
4+ years of residential lead electrical experience
Highly organized and motivated
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Must have valid driver's license and be able to pass pre-employment background check
Work Hours: 30 to 50 hours per week
Required Education: High school or equivalent
Required Experience: 4+ years (Lead level)
